hunterOFFICE’s second partnership in a design-build relationship with Elevation Collective. Currently in re-zoning from light industrial to mixed use, this project builds on the lessons learned and success of Logger’s lofts. The project utilizes the same pre-fabricated, high R-value wood frame walls as our Logger’s Loft project but provides a mix of residential, office and lane way commercial uses in the Districts new Mixed Use District-2 zoning.
