A renovation, expansion, of our Goat Ridge house will complete the second phase of this design from a few years ago. A more modern cube form will provide an upper level carport, guest suite, home office and storage. Its scale helps address a steep side yard and driveway connection to the street while also enclosing the property from the neighbours overlook, and creating a more intimate courtyard like feel.
