A 10 unit townhouse development in a growing community at Quest University in the Garibaldi Highlands. This project was conceived as a long band of saw tooth 3 level townhomes cut into the steeply sloping lot. Views are oriented to the West Tantalus mountain range, with walk out living rooms to the rear yards. The 3rd floor bedroom are shielded from the West sun by a privacy fin screen painted a soft golden beige to cloak the rooms with soft light. Currently in Development Permit – expected construction 2022.
